Conveniently located, good for stopover or short stay
Conveniently located. Price is good for stopover/short stay. Host Mr. Lee is friendly and helpful. Fast response when using text message via booking.com. Mr Lee helped with bringing luggage to room since no elevator up four levels and allow storage of large luggage since we had late flight. Sufficient power outlet to charge phone. Good wifi, shared kettle, microwave.
Toilet lacks space or rack or hooks for personal stuff or clothing. Floor gets wet since there is no separation between shower and toilet seat. BedRoom is big but two double beds occupied almost entire room which leaves limited walking space.

Great staff
The counter staff is really helpful in sharing the cab fare as I was overcharged by midnight cab driver. Also helped to arrange the cab as promised. Service is overall excellent and the location is superb.

Wonderful
No too far to Seoul station by exit 12 as total walking 500 meter from seoul station to hotel. It is nearby metro line4 in 100 meter. Staff are helpful. It is no lift and the cleaning is on request. Close to 7-11.
Long walking from station except using metro line4. No lift.
